Monica O'Neil (pictured left) and Leslie Johnson (right), are attorneys from Chico, California who, along with other concerned citizens in the area, helped to sponsor medical care for Noor, an Iraqi girl from Fallujah wounded in a US attack. Noor received a prosthetic eye in Amman, Jordan through the efforts of NMV's Chico chapter.
