Students at the College of Alameda are concerned about 5 year old Shaymaa who was paralyzed by a U.S. missile strike in Fallujah at the age of three months old. The strike killed 32 people including 17 children.

The students' want to inform the communities of the East Bay and students in Oakland about what happened to Shayma.

The students hope to set an example of non-violence, concern for others and respect for the dignity and rights of all human beings.
